Classes are designed for kids (13 months - 4 years old) with an accompanying adult. Dads, moms, grandparents, and caretakers have fun bonding with little ones during our theme-based classes taught by our Mommy Me Yoga certified teacher. Fun breaths introduce little ones to breath awareness. Poses help little ones develop an awareness of movement while adults increase balance, flexibility, and strength. Parents are encouraged to help little ones do yoga next to them or incorporate them into poses. Kid-friendly props, songs, and American Sign Language are incorporated into each themed class. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
