Come enjoy the farm on a less crowded day and run into many familiar faces! Although the time slot works best for homeschool families and stay-at-home-moms anyone is welcome to come enjoy!
What is an "Open Farm" day? It is literally where we open our small farm to the public, inviting anyone who would like to visit and get hands-on with our friendly farm pets. We are a small, family-run homestead, only 6 acres, but boast a lot a fun in a tiny package! Including:
*FREE Large interactive petting arena 10am-12pm:
We will have a our large 40ftx100ft sandy horse training arena filled with our small friendly farm pets for kids and adults to interact with, including goats, chickens, bunnies, a mini cow and mini horse!!!
*FREE hands-on cow milking demo 10-10:30am. Yes, you get to milk a real cow!
*FREE Baby animal cuddle time station in our photo-op area 11am-12pm! Come cuddle with week old baby goats, pigs, chicks and ducklings. I will try to have my act together and have my camera available to catch the cuteness and print out 4x6 photos right there ($1 per print or emailed photo)!
*FREE pony rides on our carousel 10:30am-12pm
*Visit, feed and even kiss our llamas and alpacas (cup of feed available for $1, includes a carrot stick for a llama kiss!)
*Explore the farm, tire swings and a firetruck!
*Feed ($1), t-shirts ($10) and water bottles ($1) will be available for purchase.
*We will have 2 porta-potties available outside and a handicapped-accessible restroom in our home available.
*We recommend you bundle up!!! But we will have a bonfire available for warming in between play and animal petting :)

Bradley's Country Store is only 4 miles south of us on Centerville Rd. We will have cold bottled water available for $1/each. We will not have food available for purchase on the farm and ask for no food to be eaten in animal petting arena.
There will be open parking on the farm in our front field (about 200 car spots) and handicapped parking in our driveway (about 20 spots). Overflow parking will be located within walking distance (~5min walk;
