Each Party is Unique
with a Variety of Play Options:

  • We have multiple areas for the kids to play in and enjoy including the main play room with the play set, play house, and zones with Montessori and imaginative toys

  • Our classroom doubles as an activity room for parties with a jumper, soft play items, tunnels, and wooden balance beam/seesaw and pikler climbing tower.

  • The sensory room is a great space for kids to relax and enjoy multiple sensory features including our ever popular sensory swing and bubble fish tube.

  • Plenty of open space making it easy for the kids to move around easily and explore in both active and imaginative ways.

Party Package Options

GentleHands Party PAckage: $299**

Simplicity and private access to our entire playspace. Flexibility to customize with your own food and decor.

GentleHands Party Package $299**

This includes your private party, the ability to accommodate a large guest list of up to 45 total people, 1-2 party helpers to help you decorate, set up food, and do all the clean up. The party is 2 hours and you will be able to come 20 minutes before for set up. You can bring all of your own food, supplies, and decorations and we are happy to help you set up or customize your party with any of our available Party Add-Ons.

This package now includes complimentary addition of backdrops that are in our inventory.

Want decorations but none of the food in the packages below? Helping Hands Decorations can be added to this package for $85, All Hands on Deck Decorations can be added to this package for $199

Helping Hands Party PAckage: $399**

Allow us to take away decorating stress. Includes standard balloon decor package & cupcakes and drinks.

Helping Hands Party $399**

Let us lend you a helping hand with all of the core things a party needs- decorations, cupcakes, and beverages! This package includes:

  • 2 hours of party time

  • Table cloths, plates, cups, napkins, utensils in a mix of solid and themed items

  • Themed backdrop for the cake/food table- must be an option from our inventory (over 100 options)

  • 8 foot balloon garland

  • Balloon centerpieces on the table

  • 24 cupcakes

  • 12 juices & 24 waters

All of your package items will be set up when you arrive. This package includes 10 minutes of party family set up time prior to your party.

You can also add on Party Add-Ons to this package or upgrade your amount of cupcakes, drinks, size of balloon garland or add on pizzas.

All hands on Deck Party Package: $579**

The ideal walk-in ready experience. Includes full scale decor and food package with cupcakes and pizza included.

Call in reinforcements to have a walk-in ready party with our All Hands on Deck package! This package includes:

  • Table cloths, plates, cups, napkins, utensils in a mix of solid and themed items

  • Themed backdrop for the cake/food table- can be a new theme or one from inventory

  • 16 foot balloon garland

  • Themed balloon tower

  • Balloon centerpieces on the table

  • 24 cupcakes

  • 12 juices & 24 waters

  • 3 large one topping pizzas

  • 10 party favors

All of your package items will be set up when you arrive. This package includes 10 minutes of party family set up time prior to your party. Have a large group? Add on more food, drinks, cupcakes, or party favors if needed.

Mini Party Package: $199

The privacy and playful experience of GentleHands in a simple package.

Mini Party Package $199**

Economical option for smaller and simpler parties, the kids will have tons of fun playing and partying. This private party option includes up to 30 total guests, a party assistant to help set up and clean up, and 90 minutes to play, party, and pack up plus 10 minutes of bonus time to set up prior to your start. This package includes complimentary addition of backdrops that are in our inventory.

Monday: Start time of 5:30 or 6pm
Friday Start time of 5:30 or 6pm
Saturday: 8am, 1-3pm, 3:30-5:30pm, 6-8pm (some additional custom time slots may show during booking process)
Sunday: 10am-12pm, 1-3pm, 3:30-5:30pm, 6-8pm (some additional custom time slots may show during booking process)

Mini Parties are only offered during early morning and evening time slots. Mini Parties can be booked in any slot if they meet the $299 booking minimum.

Additional Hour available in some cases, contact us to check the schedule.

**All party bookings require a minimum $150 non-refundable deposit to reserve your party spot.
