Tallahassee Museum Preschool

Imagine a classroom with tall trees, abundant wildlife, historic buildings, and a bright red
caboose! The Tallahassee Museum is the first nature-based preschool in Tallahassee.
By creating a safe and supportive learning environment, we aim to create a community of
learners who are confident, inquisitive, and empowered to explore and protect the
wonders of their world.
We offer two classes, a 3-4 years old class and a VPK Class. All children enrolled must be
fully potty trained.
Preschool Classes
Please note that we operate on the Leon County Schools schedule. If schools are closed due to
holidays, school breaks, or inclement weather, preschool classes will also be closed.
Each class has two options:
Monday-Friday Full Day Class (9-4) and a Monday-Friday Morning Class (9-12). The program
offers a qualified Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) class within the full-day program.
MONDAY - FRIDAY MORNING CLASS
Times: 9am-12pm
Tuition: Non-VPK: $480 per month/ VPK: covered by ELC
MONDAY - FRIDAY FULL DAY CLASS
Times: 9am - 4pm
Fee: Non-VPK: $830 per month/ VPK wrap-around fee $560 per month
