Theatre Tallahassee Summer Camps

We’re so excited to be offering summer camps this year!
Our summer camps are a fun, creative way for your child to build confidence, enhance communication skills, form lasting friendships, and develop or improve theatrical skills.

We will use a variety of theatre games, improvisation, role playing, scene work, dance and vocal training; while rehearsing a show, ending in a performance. Campers will discover the techniques actors use to win the hearts and minds of audiences and which will help them shine in other areas of their lives off the stage.

The best part of all is that each camp will culminate with a full production of the show and will give your child a chance to show off their skills in acting, singing and dancing. There will be four performances for each production.

2nd-5th graders will be performing The Magic Treehouse : The Knight at Dawn
Time: 8am-12pm
Dates: June 17 - July 19, 2024
(July 1-5 not required for participation)

Auditions: Mon, June 17
Auditions will be held during camp. All campers
will receive a role. Any camper interested in
learning tech instead of performance will have
the opportunity to work on costumes, props, or
set.

Performances: July 19-21

6th-12th graders will be performing Once Upon a Mattress (Youth Edition)
Time: 1pm-5pm
Dates: June 10-July 12, 2024
(July 1-5 not required for participation)

Auditions: Mon, June 10
Auditions will be held during camp. All campers
will receive a role. Any camper interested in
learning tech instead of performance will have
the opportunity to work on costumes, props, or
set.

Performances: July 12-14
