    These forms are required for your children to attend camp. Here at Crazy 8 Ranch we are excited to have 2 extra weeks offered during this summer! Dates offered are June 2nd-6th, 9th-13th, and 23rd-27th, July 7th-11th, 14th-18th, and 28th-August 1st.

  • NOTE - Children need to be able to use the bathroom and change into their bathing suit on their own before they are eligible to participate in traditional day camp.

  • Emergency Contacts/Authorized Pickup

    Parents cannot be listed as emergency contacts. List the name of at least one person who can be contacted in the event of an emergency or illness if you cannot be reached. Any person listed should be able to assist in contacting you. At least one person listed must be within one hour of the center/home, able to take responsibility for the child in case the parent/guardian cannot be contacted and should be at least 18 years of age. The first emergency contact must live no more than 1 hour away and be over the age of 18.

  • If your child's medication meets any of these criteria:

    1. A physician's instruction is needed for a nonprescription medication (e.g. child is underage or underweight per the label instructions); or
    2. It is a sample medication without a prescription label; or
    3. The nonprescription medication is to be given longer than three consecutive days within a fourteen day period or is a topical product or lotion that is being used for a skin ailment and is to be given no longer than fourteen consecutive days; or
    4. The child is on a modified diet (an entire food group is eliminated); or
    5. The medication contains codeine or aspirin.

  • Choose which date(s) your child will be attending camp.

  • What Your Child Should Bring Every Day...

    1. Long pants

    2. Boots or closed toe shoes

    3. Towel

    4. Sunscreen

    5. Bathing Suit

    6. Bug Spray

    7. Extra Change of Clothes and Shoes (including shorts and flip flops/sandals)

    8. Snacks and drinks (other than water)

    9.  Refillable water bottle

    10. Lunch

     

  • PICKUP POLICY

    Kids camp will start at 8:00 a.m. in the morning and end at 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon. If you will be any later than these times due to work schedule it must be prearranged minimum a week prior to the starting of kids camp. 

    ONLY PARENTS/GUARDIANS OR EMERGENCY CONTACT(S) ARE AUTHORIZED TO PICKUP CHILD UNLESS PARENT/GUARDIAN ARRANGES OTHERWISE PRIOR TO PICKUP TIME

    If you are any later then 5:30 p.m. (even by a minute) for pickup there will be a $20 charge DUE AT PICKUP or child may not be allowed to attend again until paid.

    If you are any later than 6:00 p.m. (even by a minute) for pickup there will be a $50 charge DUE AT PICKUP or child may not be allowed to attend again until paid.

    WE DO NOT HAVE VOLUNTEERS PAST ENDING TIME TO SUPERVISE CHILDREN.
