Join us for a naturally heated mat Pilates (powered by the sun) session perfect for all ages and levels! Bring a friend, your towel, water, bug spray, and your yoga mat. Feel free to bring any equipment you like such as a yoga block, ankle weights, or a small resistance band.
Our new teacher is pursuing certification, making this a wonderful opportunity to grow your mind and body in a fun, supportive community.
