 prepare for disasters with local public safety experts at Leon County’s Cit
 izen Engagement Series: Disaster Resilience Edition.\n\nThis interactive ev
 ent will feature hands-on activities and demonstrations for the whole famil
 y. This year’s program includes breakout sessions and hands-on activities, 
 like Leon County Emergency Medical Services’ Stop the Bleed training, which
  teaches participants how to control bleeding in emergency situations, and 
 the Consolidated Dispatch Agency's The First of First Responders presentati
 on, which provides insights into the critical role of 9-1-1 dispatchers and
  how to effectively communicate vital information. Residents who attend the
  event will have a chance to win items that will be a great addition to the
 ir disaster preparedness supplies.\n\nDinner will be provided. Please note 
 that this event requires walking to and from sessions. While assistance ser
 vices will be available, they are limited. We encourage all attendees to pr
 epare accordingly for walking throughout the event.\n\nRegister at LeonCoun
