DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Fun for people and pups! Halloween costume contest event for dogs!<br />How
  it works:<br />1- Dream up a costume for your dog!<br />2 - Want to get in
  on the costume fun? You can dress in a matching or coordinated theme conte
 st.<br />3 - Check in with 4-H at the Wakulla Extension Arena between 2 and
  2:30 PM. The $5 registration fee (payable by cash or check on site) for co
 ntest entries helps cover recognition items & contest costs. A contest entr
 y number will be provided & must be attached to clothes/costume of the huma
 n handler.<br />4 - Invite friends to watch - admission to watch the contes
 t is free!<br />5 - Starting at 2:30 PM, you and your pet will line up for 
 the<br />Bark-tastic Pet Parade around the arena. We'll have music playing,
  be sure to wave at your fans!<br />6 - Judges will be deciding on winners 
 in the following categories: (1) Most creative, (2) Best pet/owner duo, (3)
  Cutest costume<br />7 - Take photos at our photo station & shop the bake s
 ale while the judges make their final decisions.<br />8 -Winners will be an
 nounced at 3:30 PM!

 o not bring other animals.\n-Dogs must be at least 6 months old.\n-Costumes
  must be safe & comfortable for pets.\n-Dogs must wear I.D. tags at all tim
 es.\n-Dogs must be on a leash (max 6 ft. lock retractable leashes at 6 ft.)
 \n-Dogs must be under your control at all times.\n-Owners/Handlers are resp
 onsible for the actions of their pet.\n-Dogs must be clean and in good heal
 th.\n-They must be up-to-date on all shots, including rabies vaccinations.\
 n-No dogs in heat.\n-Event officials reserve the right to refuse entry or e
 xcuse aggressive dogs from the event area.\n-Dogs must be sociable with oth
 er pets, adults, and children.\n-Dogs must be well adjusted to crowds & noi
 sy environments.\n-Be prepared to clean up after your pet.\n-Most Important
