Lawrence-Gregory Community Center at Dade Street

The Lawrence-Gregory Community Center is one of the oldest community centers in the Parks and Recreation system.

Its gym currently hosts a variety of basketball and volleyball leagues. The Center also runs an after school program, and offers a variety of classes including Arnis de Mano, Filipino Martial Arts, and the Excellence Dance Studio. The center also features a weight and exercise room.

The Lawrence-Gregory Community Center is the site of many special events during the course of the year, including the yearly Halloween Carnival, Teen Summit and Black History Celebration. It is also a site in the City's Summer Playgrounds Camp program.
