Adapted Aquatics

Splash Pals Adapted Aquatics is a therapeutic swimming and aquatic recreation program for children, and others, with physical or developmental disabilities. Every week, Splash Pals chapters host adapted aquatics pool sessions that engage the participants in swimming, exercise, social interaction, and play!

By using the swimming pool as an environment for physical activity and social engagement, Splash Pals aids in improving the quality of life for the participants by providing an opportunity to exercise and practice swimming, to receive additional stimuli and sensory play, build confidence and self-esteem, improve social skills and gross motor skills, create meaningful relationships, have a ton of fun, and much much more!

• We allow siblings to participate!
• Wide range of disabilities accepted! Such as: ADD/ADHD, Asperger’s, Autism, Blindness, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Epilepsy, Obesity, Speech Delay, Spina Bifida, Stroke, and many others!
