Into the Woods Playschool

We are an outdoor preschool dedicated to helping children connect with nature. We believe that children, especially those between the ages of 3 and 5, learn best through direct experience with the natural world. Our goal is to tap into their sense of wonder about nature while teaching basic environmental and natural science principles. We promote individual empowerment and group bonding. We teach respect for all living beings and how to minimize our impact on the earth. Children will explore, take risks, build, make observations, and along the way they will build strong relationships, develop a passion for learning, and gain skills necessary to get them ready for the years of schooling ahead of them.
