Your favorite family event is back. Come “exercise your mind and body” because health is the first wealth! That’s right, family and friends. Back by popular demand, Family Fitness Day is back.
It is a must that we take care of ourselves if we want to enjoy life; therefore, join The Mighty Chi Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and The Trailblazing Tallahassee Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. as we host our 8th annual Family Fitness Day. Learn about physical health, mental health, nutrition, etc. Get a jumpstart on your “Summertime Fine!”
