Tallahassee Capoeira Open House for Teens

This is happening this Saturday! Our program could be a great way for your teen to stay active and cool throughout the summer! We will be offering a 3 month summer special to those who attend the workshop. Teen-only classes will be on Mondays at 5:30pm and there will be two other optional classes available each week for those who want to train more.
Kids 12-19 are invited to attend this free Intro to Capoeira Workshop and Open House. We will start with a demo so everyone can see what Capoeira is like then we will do a basic warm-up, and learn kicks, dodges, and some of the acrobatic moves used in Capoeira. We will finish with learning some of the music of Capoeira. Afterwards there will pizza and cookies and time to ask questions and practice the moves that were taught.
