Montford Middle School Summer Camps

Join us at Montford Middle School for our summer camps!

Summer Camp Offerings:

Making of a Mustang | July 27-30, 2026 | 9 AM- 11:45 AM | $120
This camp is designed to give incoming 6th graders an opportunity to see what middle school life is like on campus before school starts. They will get an introduction to fun activities, campus tours, meet and greet with Montford teachers, sweet and salty treats, and much more.

MMS Football Camp | July 20-22, 2026 | 8:30am-12:15pm | $125
This 3-day football camp will take a holistic approach to teaching the fundamentals of the game on offense, defense and special teams. Players will have the opportunity to learn terminology, safety and technique at multiple position to aid in their development. In addition to on the field instruction and terminology, basic weightlifting fundamentals will be taught through body weight exercises. This camp is led by Montford Head Football Coach Keith Cottrell and the current coaching staff.

MMS Basketball Camp | June 1-4, 2026 | 8am-12pm | Price TBA
The goal of the Montford Basketball Camp is to help children improve basketball skills in a safe, fun environment where they can make friends, practice individual and team fundamentals that are important to basketball, and learn developmental skills that may be used on and off the court. Must have a current physical form from the doctor turned in.

MMS Volleyball Camp | May 26-29, 2026 | 1:30pm-5:30pm | $185
Camp will focus on high character, ball control, correct fundamentals, drills, scrimmages, and lots of fun!

Music Camp | June 15-18, 2026 | 9am-12pm | $120
This camp is designed for soon-to-be Montford students who are leaving 5th grade and headed into 6th grade! We will be spending a week teaching students the very beginning basics of a brand new band instrument (the flute, clarinet, trumpet, or trombone), along with review/introduction to some of the basics of music. No prior musical training or experience is necessary! Each student will have an instrument provided for them, a music book, and snacks!!

MMS Band Camp | June 1-4 & 8-11, 2026 | 8am-12pm | $120/week
Each summer, the Montford, Swiftcreek, and Deerlake Middle School bands come together for a two week long band camp. This camp is for students who have at least 1 year of band experience, and is aimed at preparing students for their next year of musical experience. Students will get to perform a variety of music with new and old friends, and receive instruction from all 3 schools' band directors. (For returning students)
