Leon 4-H Summer Day Camps

Leon County 4-H is excited to announce seven summer day camps designed to get youth beyond ready for life!

Our Leon County 4-H Day Camps are staffed by carefully screened and trained adults who are knowledgeable at applying key principles of positive youth development. Each camp has been designed to provide a welcoming environment with enriching activities aimed to spark you child's curiosity in learning. We strongly believe that every child deserves to pursue their passions and talents, regardless of their financial situation. Partial and full scholarships are available.

OPEN ENROLLMENT STARTS FEBRUARY 1st AND ENDS February 15th, 2026. AFTER THIS DATE, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED REGARDING THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION.

Week 1: “Insect Camp”
May 27-28, 2026 | Ages: 8-13 | Cost: $75 | Time: 8:30am-4:30pm

Week 2: “Wildlife Camp”
June 1-5 | Ages: 10-18 | Cost: $150 | Time: 8am-5pm

Week 3: “Taste of our World”
June 9-12, 2026 | Ages: 13-18 | Cost: $120 | Time: 8:30am-4:30pm

Week 4: “Tailgate Grilling”
June 16-17, 2026 | Ages: 10-18 | Cost: $100 | Time: 8:30am-4pm

Week 5: “Plant Science Camp”
June 22-26, 2026 | Ages: 8-13 | Cost: $150 | Time: 8:30am-4:30pm

Week 6: “My First Summer Camp”
July 14, 2026 | Ages: 5-7 | Cost: $10 | Time: 9:30am-1:30pm

Week 7: “Tech Innovations”
July 16-17, 2026 | Ages: 13-18 | Cost: $60 | Time: 8:30am-4:30pm

Please note that participation in our Tallahassee summer camps is determined by the youth's age as of September 1st, 2025.
