Making Light Productions Summer on Stage and Screen Camps

Making Light Productions summer camps are half-day two week sessions with mornings (8:45am-12:30pm) focused on film production and afternoons (12:30pm-5:30pm) focused on musical theatre productions. Every camp is a full show experience with scripts, props, sets, costumes and a red carpet premiere for friends and family on the last day. Sign up now and save your spot!

Film Production Summer Camps:
Spend your summer on screen and behind the camera at Making Light's Film Production Summer Camp. Students will zoom in on film-making from the first read-through of a script to directing, acting, shooting and editing the film before the red carpet premiere on the last day of each session. Friends and family are invited to join us for the movie premiere!

Musical Theatre Production Summer Camps:
At musical theatre production camp students will rotate between singing, dancing and acting classes as they learn songs and choreography in order to produce a fully staged show at the end of the two week camp. Singing will include classes like “Acting the Song,” and performers will be introduced to a variety of dance styles. The group will work together to pull from MLP stock and/or produce sets, props and costumes. Friends and family are invited to join us for the red carpet premiere on the last Friday of each camp!
