- March 18 – Outdoor Explorers – T2T:
Campers will get a chance to participate in Tree to Tree Adventures. Then they will learn how to stay safe while exploring nature. We will learn how to build a campfire and enjoy the sounds of nature.
- March 19 – Dinos and Fossils:
Campers will spend the day learning about dinosaurs and fossils. What did dinosaurs eat? What happened to the dinosaurs? We will explore different fossils and try to dig up the past.
- March 20 – Spring Equinox:
What is the spring equinox? The equinox marks the first day of spring in the Northern Hemisphere, but to be more specific, it’s the day the sun’s rays shine onto the equator while the Earth sits with its axis tilted neither toward nor away from the sun. This causes 12 hours of sunlight almost everywhere on Earth. So let’s enjoy every bit of it!
- March 23 – World Bear Day:
In honor of World Bear Day, campers will learn about different types of bears. We have two resident black bears at the Museum; we will provide them with some enrichment and snacks.
