Louise B. Royal Head Start

Louise B. Royal Head Start is operated by the Capital Area Community Action Agency and provides comprehensive early childhood education and school readiness services for children ages 3 to 5.

The Head Start program supports children's cognitive, language, physical, social, and emotional development through developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Enrolled children and families also have access to comprehensive services including health and nutrition support, developmental services, and family engagement resources.

Louise B. Royal Head Start also participates in Florida's Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) and School Readiness programs. Head Start enrollment is based on federal eligibility requirements and family need.
