Cultural Care Au Pair

Cultural Care Au Pair provides families with flexible, live-in childcare combined with a cultural exchange experience. Families can match with an international au pair who lives in the home and provides personalized childcare based around the family's schedule.

Au pairs can assist with children's meals, homework, school drop-offs and pickups, activities and other child-related tasks. Cultural Care provides matching assistance, local support and ongoing guidance throughout the program.

Cultural Care has been placing au pairs with U.S. host families since 1989 and is a U.S. Department of State-designated au pair program sponsor.
