Fairview Middle School IB Preparatory Magnet Program

Fairview Middle School’s International Baccalaureate Preparatory (IB Prep) Magnet Program is an accelerated academic program for students in grades 6-8. The program challenges students across all core subject areas while promoting global awareness, critical thinking and preparation for advanced high school coursework.

Students explore multiple world languages, including Latin, Chinese and Spanish, and may have opportunities to earn high school credit while still in middle school. The program also encourages participation in fine arts, athletics, community service and other extracurricular activities to provide a well-rounded educational experience.

A dedicated IB Prep coordinator and specially trained teachers work with students and families throughout the program.
