Brownsville Preparatory Institute

The Brownsville Preparatory Institute (BPI) is an academically enriched Pre-K through third grade environment. Brownsville is best known for being where three year olds learn to read. We pride our selves in preparing children for academic success! Brownsville ensures the early education of your child to include academic rigor, developmental progress monitoring, and social/emotional care. BPI is an ability based environment – an environment where students needs are matriculated and met. Students are grouped based on constant assessment and monitoring coupled with understanding of your child’s age and stage. This allows our learning environment to be fluid and most effective. Being ability based is to be consistent in meeting students academic and development needs.

Brownsville has an extensive waitlist, where many begin on the waitlist before the child turns 3. We do continue enrollment year-round at ages 3, 4 (VPK), and 5. Brownsville also partners with The Early Learning Coalition (ELC) & Step Up For Students. The waitlist is a first come first serve, so be sure to sign up quickly!
