Budd Bell Early Learning Center

Budd Bell Early Learning Center is an Early Head Start center operated by Kids Incorporated of the Big Bend. The program provides comprehensive early childhood education, health and family services for infants and toddlers while supporting parents and caregivers as their child’s first and most important teachers.

Early Head Start uses small class sizes and a low teacher-to-child ratio to provide individualized, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. The program focuses on meaningful relationships and supports children’s cognitive, physical, social and emotional development through The Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers and Twos.

Families are selected for Early Head Start based on program eligibility and need.
