American Legion Scholarships

The American Legion offers a variety of scholarship opportunities for students pursuing college, university, vocational or trade-school education.

Scholarship programs include the American Legion Legacy Scholarship for eligible children of post-9/11 fallen service members and veterans with qualifying service-connected disabilities, the Samsung American Legion Scholarship for eligible Boys State and Girls State participants who are descendants of wartime veterans, and additional awards connected to programs such as Legion Baseball, the National Oratorical Contest, Eagle Scouts and Junior Shooting Sports.
