The Florida Realtors Education Foundation Student Scholarship Program helps Florida residents offset the costs of undergraduate and graduate education.
Eligible applicants include Florida high school seniors planning to attend college, students currently enrolled in undergraduate programs, and students pursuing graduate studies. Students in any major may apply, although applicants considering careers in real estate or related fields may receive special consideration.
Applicants must be legal Florida residents. Students may attend an accredited college or university in Florida or out of state, provided they indicate an intention to return to Florida to work after graduation. Selection considers academic achievement, financial need, leadership, community involvement and other factors.
Scholarship amounts and the number of awards vary each year. For the 2026-27 academic year, the Foundation awarded 226 scholarships of $1,000 each. The 2026 application period has closed; students should check the website for the next application cycle.
