Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation Scholarships

The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, creator and sponsor of the Biletnikoff Award, provides merit scholarships to graduating high school seniors in an 11-county North Florida region.

Applicants must attend a public, private, charter or virtual high school in Calhoun, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Suwannee or Wakulla County.

Scholarships recognize students who have achieved academic and extracurricular success while overcoming significant physical, mental, emotional, environmental or other challenges. Selection considers academic achievement, character, involvement in school and community activities and the nature of the challenges the student has overcome. Applicants do not have to participate in sports to qualify.

The Foundation typically awards approximately 15 scholarships each year, including several named memorial and commemorative scholarships.

Applications for 2027 may be submitted beginning November 19, 2026 and must be postmarked by March 1, 2027. Students should visit the scholarship website for the current application and complete requirements.
