Here at FAC, we are committed to providing the best quality service available to the little ones in our care. We do so by hiring well-trained, intelligent, and caring professionals and providing our kids with top-notch facilities and technology. We stay on top of the latest research and adhere stringently to our profession’s best practices. The one promise that the Florida Autism Center will consistently make and deliver is “your child will LEARN here and will ENJOY it.”

We mix fun with work, and that’s part of what makes our center such a great place to be. We know we can teach just as much playing “fireman-rescue” as we can sitting at a table with flashcards. So do our kids. Our job is to prepare your child for life OUTSIDE therapy sessions, so when you come to us for treatment, we’ll focus on the things that matter most to your family – and we’ll make sure you always have a say.

If you have a child age six or under who is having difficulty with language, social skills, pre-academics, following directions, staying on task, or reaching other developmental milestones, we can help. Although we are named the Florida Autism Center, we treat kids based on their needs, not their labels.

In addition to our programs for very young children, FAC also has a small private school program and offers after-school therapy for children who need a little extra support. The school program is best suited to children whose family feels a more functional curriculum (daily living skills, etc.) is more relevant than a traditional academic curriculum. After-school therapy is a great option for kids who need additional support on some key issues, like social skills or homework completion.
