FDLRS Miccosukee

FDLRS Miccosukee provides support, training and educational resources for families, educators and students with disabilities throughout Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden, Jefferson, Madison and Taylor counties.

Services include parent and family support, professional learning for educators, assistance with exceptional student education, online learning resources and Child Find services. FDLRS helps families understand available programs and supports while promoting collaboration between parents, schools and community partners.

Through Child Find, FDLRS Miccosukee also provides free developmental screenings for eligible children ages 3-5 who are not currently enrolled in public school. Screenings may include vision, hearing, motor skills, cognition, speech, language and behavior.
