Family Network on Disabilities

Family Network on Disabilities (FND) provides free information, training, advocacy support and resources to families of children and youth with disabilities throughout Florida. FND helps parents understand special education, health care, available services and their rights so they can effectively advocate for their children.

Programs include Parents Offering Parents Information and Networking (POPIN), Parent Support Network (PSN), Parent Education Network (PEN), Family STAR, Parent to Parent Florida and special needs trust services. FND also offers workshops, webinars, individual support and connections to community resources.

The Jan La Belle Scholarship Program provides scholarship opportunities for individuals with disabilities pursuing postsecondary education, career training or trade skill development.
