The Florida Inclusion Network (FIN) works with school districts and schools throughout Florida to improve inclusive educational opportunities for students with disabilities. FIN provides training, consultation, planning support and resources designed to help students with disabilities learn alongside their peers in the least restrictive environment.
Services include district and school capacity-building, Best Practices for Inclusive Education (BPIE) assessments, collaborative teaching support, inclusive scheduling, professional learning, technical assistance and family information and resources.
FIN is an IDEA-funded statewide project based at Florida State University’s Learning Systems Institute and works in partnership with the Florida Department of Education.
