Tallahassee ADHD Support Group

Find encouragement, connection, and helpful resources in a welcoming community. The Tallahassee ADHD Support Group is open to all ages, including children, teens, students, adults, parents, and caregivers. Whether you have ADHD, support someone who does, or simply want to learn more, everyone is welcome.

Meetings offer opportunities to share experiences, ask questions, and explore resources that support learning, daily life, and family well-being.

• When: Monthly, generally around the third Saturday, depending on availability.
• Where: LeRoy Collins Leon County Public Library, 200 West Park Avenue, Tallahassee.
• Cost: Free.
• Refreshments: Provided by Tutor Fish.
