Lake Henrietta Trail is located on the southwest edge of Tallahassee, between Capital Circle SW and Springhill Road. The trailhead is located on Springhill Road about 0.7 miles south of Orange Avenue. The trail is a wide, blacktopped trail that is 1.2 miles in length, and it loops around Lake Henrietta. The path crosses underneath Capital Circle and takes a right turn, eventually running into a national forest; however, the lake can run as a loop for faster workouts. Beyond a gate near the southern outlet is a dirt trail along Munson Slough, which flows south to Lake Munson by Capital Circle.
