Tallahassee has it all – great hiking and biking – in county and state parks, state and national forests, greenways and trails, national wildlife refuge, and wildlife management areas. The Red Hills region of rolling hills takes you through different terrains and ecosystems of North Florida. The Florida Trail, a hiking trail throughout the state runs through the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge and the Apalachicola National Forest. Great hiking, biking and multi-use trails can also be found in Elinor Klapp-Phipps Park, Miccosukee Canopy Road Greenway, and on the St. Marks Historical Railroad State Trail.
