Enso Psych Group provides professional, confidential counseling and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in Tallahassee.

Established in 2007, the practice offers individualized therapy for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, stress, anger management, self-esteem, peer relationships, and emotional or behavioral challenges.

Family counseling focuses on strengthening communication, navigating parent-child conflicts, establishing healthy boundaries, developing parenting skills, and improving family relationships. Child and adolescent counseling helps young people build coping skills, manage emotions, and develop positive relationships.

The practice's licensed clinical social workers, Sion Doman and Angelica Baeza, use individualized treatment approaches, including cognitive and behavioral therapies, EMDR, and developmentally appropriate therapeutic activities.
