LeMoyne Arts

The mission of LeMoyne Arts is to promote and advance education, interest, and participation in the contemporary visual arts.

LeMoyne accomplishes its mission through establishing a permanent collection of Florida-related artworks and a program of changing exhibits of regional, national, and international appeal. We encourage appreciation, understanding, and active participation through public art education programs (preschool - adult) and provide competitive and need-based scholarships.

We collaborate with community, cultural, and arts organizations, fostering the careers of professional and aspiring artists, and promoting enjoyment and preservation of North Florida’s artistic heritage. LeMoyne’s purpose is promoting and developing understanding and appreciation of visual arts. In brief, we are creating community through art.

LeMoyne Arts exists to inspire, educate, and unite the community through art. We celebrate artistic freedom, creative exploration, and diverse voices and perspectives while fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible environment for visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
