Child and Babysitting Safety Course at HSC

The Child & Babysitting Safety (CABS) course at Florida Health Science Consulting is a practical, hands-on class designed to help pre-teens and teens become safe, confident, and responsible babysitters.

The approximately four-hour course covers child safety and supervision, age-appropriate play, feeding and bedtime basics, common household hazards, babysitting business basics, professionalism, emergency awareness, and basic first aid concepts.

Students who successfully complete the course receive a 2-year ASHI Child & Babysitting Safety certification card. First Aid CPR AED training is available as a recommended add-on for families or groups who want more comprehensive safety training.
