TMH Classes for Expecting and New Parents

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare offers a variety of classes and educational programs to help expecting and new parents prepare for childbirth and caring for a new baby.

Current offerings may include Prepared Childbirth, ABCs of Babies, Infant and Child CPR, breastfeeding education and support, and tours of the Alexander D. Brickler, MD Women’s Pavilion. Classes cover topics such as labor and delivery, newborn care, feeding, infant safety, CPR, and adjusting to life with a new baby.

Classes and support programs are offered throughout the year. Some programs are free while others have a registration fee. Advance registration may be required, and class schedules and availability vary. Visit the TMH website for current dates, pricing, and registration information.
