Free FSU Fall Parenting Group - TIPS For Parents

Hello everyone! The “TIPs for Parents” Parenting Group at Florida State University is returning for our fall parenting group! The deadline to sign up is August 30th!

We are a group of trained Marriage and Family Therapy clinicians offering a FREE trauma-informed parenting group for parents with children between 5-10 years old. Our goal is to help parents better understand themselves and connect more with their child(ren). Here is more information about our program:

- It is an 8-week program starting September 10th through October 29th
- We will meet for approximately 1.5 – 2 hours every Tuesday night on Florida State’s campus in the Sandels Building
- We highlight a new topic each week, including topics such as child communication and emotion regulation
- Parents will be asked to complete 2 interviews and 3 surveys.
- We offer free childcare during our sessions!
