Kids Incorporated of the Big Bend

Kids Incorporated of the Big Bend welcomes volunteers who want to support young children and families throughout the Big Bend. Volunteers provide an extra pair of hands in early learning classrooms, help with administrative and outreach needs, support family services, assist with special projects, and help the organization serve local families.

Volunteer opportunities may include classroom assistance, administrative support, community outreach and events, group beautification projects, family services, and other organizational needs. Internship opportunities are also available for qualified students in areas such as photography, videography, and human resources.

Volunteers must be at least 12 years old and meet applicable Florida Department of Children and Families requirements. Volunteers who are not completing service for school credit are limited to 10 hours per month of direct service with children. An application, volunteer packet, and orientation are required before beginning service.
