Youth Karate Students:
Our karate classes blend exercise and fun as young students learn the fundamental principles and true spirit of Shotokan Karate-do in a safe, respectful, family-friendly atmosphere. Students will learn self-defense, sparring, board breaking, and mat techniques. Available to youth ages 5 and up.
