08/03: Back to School Festival with B.I.G. W.H.I.P.P. Foundation

The BIG WHIPP Foundation is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Back-to-School Festival for the Miccosukee Community. This event aims to bring the community together in a spirit of fellowship and unity. As such, we kindly request that all children attend in order to receive their backpacks and supplies.

We will have multiple barbers and hair stylists available at the event to do the children’s hair. Make sure your child’s hair is clean and completely dry before getting any hair services. The hairstylist will offer hairstyles like dreadlock retwist, large knotless, natural braids, crochet styles, braided ponytails, straight backs, and medium to large braids. Please bring your own hair and accessories!
