12/08: Kids' Christmas Stocking Workshop

Let’s get festive and creative! Join us at the Southwood Town Center for a hands-on workshop where children can design and sew their very own Christmas stockings. This fun-filled event will guide kids ages 7-12 through creating a unique, hand-crafted stocking they can hang proudly by the fireplace!

In this 2.5-hour session, children will learn how to sew simple shapes and add personal touches like buttons, trimming, ribbons, and more! With the guidance each child will bring their imagination to life and leave with 1 stocking ready to be filled with Christmas cheer.

Requirements: Participants should have a basic knowledge of sewing, including threading a needle and making basic stitches. Parents are welcome to stay!
