For a front-row seat to the fireworks, why not charter a boat and cruise along the river or bay? You’ll have the best view on the coast! From Alligator Point to Apalachicola, every community is planning their own spectacular Independence Day celebrations. Here’s a sneak peek at what to expect:

Eastpoint – July 1: Join us for the annual Eastpoint Freedom Festival along Highway 98. At dark thirty, there will be a fireworks display over the bay.

Apalachicola – July 3: Beginning at noon on July 3rd at Riverfront Park, and there will be concerts and events during the day with some great local food options available at the park. The fun-filled day will end with an outstanding firework display over the river.

St. George Island – July 4: Everyone is welcome to join the annual July 4th celebration. Stick around all day and enjoy festivities and fireworks on the beach behind the Blue Parrot Oceanfront Cafe at about dark thirty.

Carrabelle – July 5: Carrabelle will host its annual fireworks extravaganza on Saturday, July 5, along the Carrabelle Waterfront at dark-thirty.
