Each season comes to an end with a celebratory 5K. This closing event gives program participants of all abilities a tangible sense of accomplishment. Crossing the finish line instills confidence through completion and is a joyful moment program participants always remember! Everyone in our program receives a commemorative medal to celebrate this incredible achievement.

As you know, Running Buddies are crucial in helping our girls succeed in completing a 5K race. They provide the girls with encouragement, support, and motivation throughout the race. It's important to remember that a Running Buddy does not have to be a runner, and they can walk, skip, or hop to help the girls finish the race.
Your commitment to finding Running Buddies for our girls is a testament to your belief in empowering young girls and promoting healthy lifestyles. I am truly grateful for your support, and I look forward to working with you to ensure our girls have the resources they need to succeed. The Running Buddy program is an integral part of our mission, as it allows participants to build relationships with adult role models while completing the 5K. Partnering with us for this event would be an excellent opportunity to foster positive relationships between young girls in our community.
