2023 Kids Fishing Derby

Ages 3-15
*This event is 100% FREE
1st 200 kids who check in and go through the educational booths and get there card stamped will receive a free Rod and Reel and a T-shirt.
SALTWATER FISH:
- Pinfish/Croaker
- Redfish
- Speckled Trout
- White Trout
- Flounder
- Spanish Mackerel
- Catfish
FRESHWATER FISH:
- Bass
- Bream
- Catfish
Check-in at Woolley Park from 12-2 pm and weigh in your fish, if you catch one. Then take your card to each booth and they will stamp it for you. Then return to the designated area to receive your rod and reel and Tshirt.
Trophies and Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will be awarded in each fish category immediately after the weigh in ends.
You do not need to pre-register before you fish. Fish can be caught anywhere in Wakulla County.
You can register at the park when you come to check in.
Hot Dogs, drinks, and snow cones will be provided.
