Join us for our Annual Public Syrup Making Day!
On the last Saturday in November the Panhandle pioneer Settlement will hold its annual “Sugar Cane Syrup Making” on the grounds of the farmstead next to the settlement. A plot of sugar cane has been cultivated there and will be processed in the traditional manner.
The General Store will be open. Light breakfast available at about 7:30 AM CST.
Admission is free, and donations will be accepted.
This event begins at 6:00 AM CST/ 7:00 AM EST.
