Experience a professional, outdoor performance of a Shakespearean classic!
About the play: Jealous King Leontes upends his kingdom when he falsely accuses his wife Hermione of infidelity and exiles their newborn daughter, Perdita, to Bohemia. After many years, long journeys, and hard-won forgiveness, the family is reunited and reconciled.
About the event: Food trucks, drink tents, merchandise vendors, and more will be available in the Park prior to and during some of the 7 PM performance. Parking is available on the street and in nearby city lots and garages. The Festival is presented by the Southern Shakespeare Company, a non-profit professional theatre dedicated that brings fun, accessible Shakespeare in the Park to downtown Tallahassee each May and also sustains a year-round education mission.
