DJ DEMP Foundation Back-2-School Supply Giveaway

Our back 2 school giveaway promotes student readiness to ensure academic success. DJ DEMP and the DJ DEMP Foundation will be giving away 1000 backpacks filled with school supplies to Leon County students in grades K-12.

You must register for this event. Please complete one registration form per child. Registration will close once 1000 kids have been registered. LEON COUNTY STUDENTS ONLY!!

BACK-TO-SCHOOL WELLNESS CHECKUPS & IMMUNIZATIONS!
The Florida Department of Health (DOH) will be on site at the DJ DEMP Foundation Back-to-school supply giveaway offering wellness checkups and immunizations services.
Please pre-register for wellness checkups & immunizations.
