Learn how and when to introduce solids to your babies, ages 6 to 12 months. Fun hands-on practice included!
Transitioning to Solids classes are taught by a speech-language pathologist or occupational therapist who specializes in working with infants on eating solids. This class covers baby-led-weaning vs. traditional purees and reviews the best method for feeding your baby based on your family's needs.
Bring a baby seat (booster) and food for your baby to explore!
