TCC and Verizon Wireless School Rocks Backpack Giveaway

In an effort to ease the financial burden for families heading into another school year, Tallahassee-area Verizon Wireless retail locations will be giving away hundreds of FREE backpacks on Sunday, July 28 at 1 p.m.
Verizon authorized retailer, Round Room, is hosting its 12th Annual “School Rocks Backpack Giveaway” event where hundreds of families are expected to line up to receive a free backpack. In total, Round Room will be giving over $3M worth of backpacks to children at over 1,000 of its stores nationwide.
